Originally a large Hispanic community bound by their deep roots, Highland Park has seen lots of gentrification and growth as of the last decade. While new businesses and residents are good for its longevity, it remains a struggle to balance the new and the old. Despite this, Highland Park has without a doubt become one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
